Email Decisions – Renting the Odd Fellows hall for the Recognition Party!

Celebrating Sarah – We have a little bubbly to say “Thanks Sarah!” for all of her hard work on the campaign and “Congratulations!” on her new job.

RA Campaign – (with Eben via speakerphone) GOTV time is complete — tomorrow is ballot-counting day in Salem! The organizers have been counting submissions and estimating results. A few days later we’ll start discussing impact bargaining.

Meeting moved OUTSIDE because it’s sunny!

Recognition Party – We moved superfast and got the North Hall from Odd Fellows rented for tomorrow night’s party! We seem to have a licensed server arranged and Ashley and Michelle will get there early to finalize paperwork. Now we need to figure out food and drinks (Michelle will acquire non-beer beverages and snacks, Danny &Ashley will acquire beer) and activities (contests, spirit animals, twister). Wren is going to send out personalized email reminders this afternoon.

Convention – We talk some about our voting options and how to communicate info about the candidates to our delegates. There’s a meeting on Monday, 4:30 at Westmin, to finalize resolutions (which need to be postmarked by the Wednesday the 13th). Delegate meetings are tentatively scheduled.

Office Cleaning – Currently planned for Monday, March 18th, starting at 6:30. Wren will send an email reminder shortly.
