    • EC Member Turnover: Someone needs to take the OSU Credit Union form to the bank – Erin.
  • Strategic Retreat:
      • Survey Update: How many respondents so far?
        • 51. Doesn’t seem like more will participate.
        • 35 positive responses.
          • Among this pool, priorities were to 1) Focus on direct work conditions; 2) Diversity among leadership; and 3) Focus on issues beyond the workplace
          • Second category of priorities: 1) Internal Education; 2) Strengthen relationship with OSU; 3) Partner with OSU groups
          • Common responses on how to improve: more recruitment, more visibility, more enforcement of contract (Mostly people said things like, “You’re doing great!” which isn’t really very helpful)
        • 12 negative responses.
          • First category of priorities: 1) Focus on direct work issues; 2) Focus on issues beyond the workplace; 3) no real agreement on this.
          • Second category of priorities: 1) Strengthen relationship with OSU; 2) Internal Education; 3) Partnering with OSU groups
          • Common feedback on how to improve were mostly geared towards pay and benefits; and a couple of people were vocal about Diversity & Inclusion needing to more central, and not simply a “task force”.
        • Not sure how much we can really learn from this survey, only 2% of the bargaining unit participated and there aren’t very many obvious correlations between a member being satisfied with CGE and one being unsatisfied. Focus on during Fall term office visits, orientations, and other events

          • Emory can’t attend either dates
      • What are our goals for per-caps?
        • Per-caps on a % of salary basis or at different levels/tiers?
          • Note from Emory: How difficult would % of salary be for grad locals whose students may have varying appointments at different times?
        • What outcome would we not accept / what is ideal?
